Pınar Selek, a sociologist and PhD student in University of Strasbourg, and a brilliant researcher, is sentenced to life imprisonment today. She had been found not guilty for involving in three different bombings during the past 14 years long cycle of several trials and acquittals, but the case got opened over and over again. Demonstrations are being held right now in Istanbul.
