(Dagbladet): A witness told Dagbladet that he observed a suspicious figure in police uniform, two minutes before the bomb attack on ministries in Oslo. - I sat in my office looking out the window in the OBO on Hammersborg square. I would take a phone and looked out the window. There I saw a tall, slim police officer who was wearing a helmet. He also had high shoulders, as if he had something under his uniform. - The uniformed man sat in a brown or beige light car. It was bigger than a van. It resembled an old Volvo or something. Two minutes later it exploded, said the eyewitness.

A hot track
When Dagbladet said Acting Police Chief Sveinung Sponheim on this observation he replied that this was a hot tip.

- This is something we are investigating. A hot track, he said. - Is this something that gets you to believe in a connection between the explosion in Oslo and shooting at Utøya? - There are indications that this is the case, said Acting Police Chief Sponheim told Dagbladet. The police say that they have several observations about this person, but can not go out with more information about the clothing that is observed. Oslo police said the man suspected of being behind both attacks against the government quarter and the shooting of vermin. - We can confirm that a person is arrested, and we believe that he has had dealings with both events, said Sponheim, according to NTB.

Several killed
The arrest does not affect the police's preparedness. - It will absolutely not cause any reduction in response, said Sponheim. He will not say anything about the identity or nationality of the man who has been arrested on Utøya. • So far, seven people confirmed dead after bomb attack in its ministries. • Shortly after it was fired at Labour Youth League summer camp at Utøya in Buskerud. More people are police killed , but it is still unclear how many. • Ullevål hospital has received eleven injured from ministries and ten injured by insects. Several of them are seriously injured. They encourage people with blood type 0 - to donate blood. - We have received information that there may be about ten. But this is still very uncertain, says Bjorn Erik Sem Jackobsen, information manager at Nordre Buskerud Police District, told Dagbladet little before at 21

No intelligence information
Police Security Service had already no information indicating an imminent terrorist attack. - Threats against Norway has been considered low for a long time, and there were no changes in this situation before the terrible incident today, says communications director Trond Hugubakken to Dagbladet evening. After the newspaper Dagbladet has learned authorities had also not the first hours after the attacks, concrete information about the persons or any groups that can stand behind. The last two years, the PST's official threat assessment has been that Norway is approaching the countries where there have been acts of terrorism or been experiments. Terrorist attacks on Norwegian soil can not be ruled out, but it is not likely to happen, was the line.
