It turns out that Barack Obama is all for oil drilling and exploration, selling it on the open market and using it to create jobs. Just not here.
Ed Morrissey has more about Obama’s Brazil trip. It seems that the President wants Brazil to drill for more oil, you know, so we can import it from them. While we sit here on our hands not drilling to appease the environmentalists who are effectively holding us hostage.
Given the way that Obama deals with…….well, everything; he’ll more than likely look at this as an effective energy policy. High gas prices? Don’t worry. I just went down to Brazil and told them that if they would drill more we’d buy more from them. Problem solved.
