Kesennuma: Small northeast Japan city hit by fire, flood-Jiji ( Photos )

The northeastern Japanese city of Kesennuma, with a population of 74,000, has been hit by widespread fires and one-third of the city is submerged after a massive earthquake and tsunami, Jiji news agency said on Saturday.
