The earth shook again Tuesday morning in Haiti


The earth shook again Tuesday morning in Haiti has experienced a strong earthquake last year followed by dozens of aftershocks. This new shock was felt at around 4:00 am in several municipalities in the country including Port-au-Prince (the capital), Leogane, Carrefour and Delmas.

Panicked, people quickly left their homes to go to the streets. The panic was at an appointment. According to initial reports, no damage was recorded.

Last Friday, about twenty students and teachers were injured following a false warning of an earthquake in the city of Saint Marc (Artibonite). It happened at Eben Ezer College when a heavy vehicle driving in the area.

This feeling was the same in this city, a few months ago, the Universe at the College and the School priestly where people were panicked.

On January 12, 2010, an earthquake of magnitude 7.0 was about 250,000 deaths in the country and thrown 1.5 million people in the streets. More than a year after this terrible disaster, many Haitians are still traumatized.
